Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. This shipping policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, and what to expect when you order from ZIGIJOY DESIGN LLC.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Since your product is printed on demand, every item requires a production period before it is shipped. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

• Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time

• During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing times may be longer

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We offer faster shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited orders are prioritized and typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to domestic addresses at this time.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders! The free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address:

• Contact us immediately at info@zigijoydesign.com

• If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address

• You may need to work with the carrier to redirect the package

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

1. Check the tracking information for updates

2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for location updates

3. Contact us at info@zigijoydesign.com  if you need assistance

FOR LOST PACKAGES:

• Domestic orders: Contact us after 12 business days

We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items

2. Contact us immediately at info@zigijoydesign.com

3. Do not discard the packaging (the carrier may need to inspect it)

4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

• We will contact you to arrange reshipment

• You may be responsible for additional shipping costs

• Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to:

• P.O. boxes (for certain carriers or products)

• APO/FPO addresses (depending on carrier)

• International addresses

HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASONS

During holidays and peak shopping seasons:

• Processing times may be extended by 1-3 business days

• Carrier delivery times may be longer due to increased volume

MULTIPLE ITEMS AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items:

• We typically ship all items together when possible

• Some items may ship separately if they're from different warehouses

• You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment

• You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments
